The 2024 Asia Marketing Awards is back! This is your golden opportunity to showcase your innovative marketing campaigns, plans and projects. The awards will recognise exceptional work done by the marketing teams in five different categories, designed to honour outstanding performance across various marketing categories.

CATEGORIES
 
This category recognises campaigns that have achieved outstanding results with a limited budget. Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

•The ability to achieve desired outcomes while keeping costs low
•The use of creative and innovative solutions to maximize results with minimal investment
•The overall ROI of campaign
 
This award recognises the effective use of digital, technology or data capabilities to enhance audiences’ experience and/or improve existing products, platforms or processes. Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

•The use of innovative digital tools and technology to enhance audiences’ online or on-site experience
•The effectiveness of the capabilities in achieving marketers’ KPIs, such as meeting visitor pre-registration no., gaining social exposure, enhancing buyer engagement or improving audiences’ experience 
•The level of innovation in the use of digital tools and technologies
•The impact on the event, in areas such as revenue, customer experience, productivity, and/or operations
 
This award recognises campaigns that effectively engaged with the desired portfolio of audience, increased brand stickiness and achieved a specific marketing outcome. Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

•The ability to create compelling and relevant messaging that resonates with the targeted audience on different channels
•The use of innovative and interactive strategies to engage with targeted audience
•The level of engagement from the targeted audience, measured by relevant metrics like repeated registration and attendance, click-through rates, social media shares etc.
•The campaign's overall impact on the brand's reputation and visibility
 
This award recognises campaigns that have effectively used content marketing to achieve specific goals. Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

•The overall effectiveness of the content marketing campaign in achieving its goals, like increased website traffic, media coverage and social media followers
•The quality and relevance of the content produced
•The use of creative and innovative strategies to distribute the content and engage the targeted audience
•The overall impact of the content marketing program on the event's reputation and visibility
 
This award recognises campaigns for acquiring and retaining show audience through creative and innovative ideas that grabbed their attention, improved interaction, and increased engagement. Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

•The ability to demonstrate measurable growth in show audience size
•The effectiveness of the campaign in reaching new target demographics
•The use of innovative strategies to attract and engage new audience
•The level of engagement from the audience, measured by relevant metrics like repeated registration and attendance, click-through rates, social media shares etc.
Submission Criteria

Eligibility
Campaigns and programmes of the entries must have been implemented and completed prior to the submission, be the original work of the submitter and have never been submitted and won previously.

Guidelines
  • Each event can submit at most TWO entries for each category​
  • ONE supporting document in any format must be attached to each entry
  • Each entry has a limit of 500 words​

Judging Criteria

Concept – 10%​
  • Introduce campaign/ program​
  • What were the primary objectives/KPIs​
  • Who were the target audience?​
  • What were the key challenges?​

Execution – 30%​
  • Describe how the core strategy, concept and creative rationale were implemented.​
  • What other important factors were meaningful to the success of the initiative?​
  • Illustrate the elements used (for example, digital, technology, solutions, and cost-saving measures) and how they were brought to life. ​

Strategy – 30%​
  • How did the campaign/program help address the marketing challenge? Outline your strategic thinking and solution to the event objectives. ​
  • What made this an inventive and out-of-the-box campaign/approach? Explain the reasons behind your approach. ​
  • What were the challenges faced and how the team overcame them?​

Results – 30%​
  • What were the results? ​
  • How did the campaign/program deliver to the challenge?​
  • Supply evidence/metrics to show that the KPIs were achieved​

Shortlisted nominations will be announced in December 2023. We encourage all shortlisted teams to send representatives to join the 2024 Informa Markets Asia Marketing Meeting and Awards in person.

Winners will be announced during the Marketing & Sustainability Awards Dinner in January 2024.
